Hi, I'm Tina a certified fitness & nutrition coach  focused on helping women to be more confident, fitter, stronger and to love the way we look and feel.

I provide expert 1 to 1 coaching in a private ladies-only  studio. Offering a range of training options, you will feel comfortable and motivated but never judged. In a short space of time your confidence will grow and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.

 

I am uniquely placed to take an empathetic coaching approach and will, together with tried and trusted exercise techniques, help you realise your goals.

So what can I do to help you?

Do you know why most diets fail? It's not because you have chosen the wrong one it's because will power and determination is required to maintain long-term solutions. Learn how to break unhealthy eating habits and make good food choices and you will be well on your way to a diet-free life.

Improve your fitness, balance, flexibility & strength.

If you haven't exercised for a while you will have noticed that as well as your fitness, your flexibility and balance may be suffering too. Specific exercises incorporated into your programme will give you all round improvement.

Develop your confidence, change habits and open new possibilities as you get older.

As you gain strength through resistance training exercise you will very soon notice an increase in self-esteem. We will focus on what you want not what you don't want. Habits take time to change but with consistency it gets easier. Once a habit is formed it no longer uses up your willpower so you don't have to think about it.

I passionately believe it's never too late to start exercising no matter how out of shape you may be. I know by personal experience that becoming fitter can change your life

  I have found Tina to be an excellent communicator and coach. She is completely mindful of my goals, putting together a programme that meets those needs but at the same time challenges me to push that little bit further.
